1. FAA STC SA02377NY and SA02351NY must be incorporated prior to the incorporation of this installation.

2. This installation is limited to PC-12/45 aircraft, serial number 101 - 683, with the pre-AIM (Aerodynamic Improvement Modification) configuration.

3. With the Belly Pod installed, per installation configuration E636117-3, the aircraft is to be limited to the Restricted Category only, as compliance to 14 CFR 23.1303(e) Amdt. 23-17 and 23.1545(d) Amdt. 23-23 has not been shown.

4. Maintenance must be in accordance with Aero Consulting Services Ltd. Aircraft Maintenance Manual Supplement E789070, Revision N/C, dated July 18, 2007, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

5. Operation must be in accordance with Aero Consulting Services Ltd. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement E789090, Revision A, dated September 25, 2008, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

6. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
