Replacement of Cabin Incandescent Lamps with LED Lamps, in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd, Master Drawing List MDL09116 revision N/C, dated November 5, 2008 or later transport Canada approved revisions.

1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Instructions for continued Airworthiness ICA 09116-1 Revision N/C accepted November 19, 2009 or later transport Canada accepted revisions.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting da ta which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration .
