Description of Type Design Change

Installation of a Gomolzig 606050 Exhaust System with Integrated Silencer in Accordance with Installation Instructions Exhaust System Maule–606050, Pages 1 through 7, No Revision, dated October, 1999.

1. The modifications are for MAULE M-7-235, Serial Number 25094C, N126CM only.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. FAA Accepted Instructions for Continue d Airworthiness, Initial Release, Pages 1 through 7, dated February 22, 2011, is required.

4. Any substitutions of parts or materials must be FAA approved.
