1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission, and that written evidence must be maintained in the aircraft's permanent records.

3. The approved Cirrus models shall be maintained in accordance with Flight Resource FR0901-5, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, dated 07/08/13, or later FAA accepted revision and Flight Resource FR0901-9. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement.
