Installation of Air Data Equipment Modifications in accordance with West Star Aviation, Inc. Master Data List, Document No.

70-334L002, Revision A, dated November 18, 2011, or later FAA approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. Design change requires previous or concurrent installations in accordance with SA02153LA-D, installation of Garmin G600 Primary Flight Display (PFD) and Multifunction Display (MFD) System and SA1266CE-D, installation of Collins APS-65 Autopilot System.

3. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, West Star Aviation, Inc. Document No. 70-334B004, Revision I/R, approved November 21, 2011 or later FAA approved revision.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
