1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA03286CH, issued July 18, 2018, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

3. FAA Approved Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, AFMS EIS-61000 Rev 06, approved June 18, 2018, or later FAA approved revision is required.

4. FAA Accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA EIS-61000, Revision 11, dated March 20, 2018, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this modification.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

1 Electronic Ignition System Installation is eligible for these airplane models that have converted to Continental IO-360, L/TSIO-360, O-470, IO-470, TSIO- 470, IO-520, L/TSIO-520, IO-550 and TSIO-550 model series engines by FAA Approved means as applicable. Electronic Ignition System Installation is eligible for these airplane models that have converted to Lycoming O-540, IO-540, and AEIO-540, model series engines by FAA Approved means as applicable.

2 These airplane models are eligible but not required to use Electroair Spark Plugs part numbers EARHB32E, EARHB32S, EAREM37HE, or EARHM38SE. These Electroair Spark Plugs can ONLY be used with Electroair’s electronic ignition system. Engine model eligibility of the EAREM37HE is the same as the Unison UREM37BY spark plug. Engine model eligibility of the EARHM38SE is the same as the Unison URHM38S spark plug. Engine model eligibility of the EARHB32E is the same as the Unison URHB32E spark plug. Engine model eligibility of the EARHB32S is the same as the Unison URHB32S spark plug. If conventional spark plugs will be used, adjust the gap of the spark plugs in accordance with Electroair EIS-61000 Installation Manual IM EIS-61000.
