Installation of MT propeller model MTV-12-D/188-59() in accordance with Installation Instructions FR1308-3 Rev. A. dated December 4, 2013, FAA approved February 14, 2014.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement AFMS, FR1308-8 Rev. A, dated, November 19,2013, or later FAA approved revision is required.

3. Instructions for Continued Ainvorthiness Cirrus SR20 STC SA03303CH, Rev. A. are applicable.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
