1. Installation of Universal Avionics TAWS, Class A, must be done in accordance with Rocky Mountain Aircraft (RMA) Modification Instruction E108010, Revision -, approved May 24, 2013, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with RMA Flight Manual Supplement E108030, Revision -, TCCA approved June 4, 2013 or later TCCA approved revision.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with RMA Maintenance Manual Supplement E108031, revision -, dated February 1, 2013 or later Transport Canada accepted revision

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
