Installation of a Hartzell Propeller model .HC-B4TN-3C/T10702NS (4 Blade) in accordance with the Installation Instructions in Aero Innovations, LLC. Document Number AIL-HC-AT-02 or AIL-HC-S2R-02 dated April 25, 2014. or later FAA approved revision.

1. All approved aircraft models are equipped with Pratt and Whitney engine models PT6A-15AG,-27, -34,-34AG,-34B,-36,-41,-41AG, -42.

2. Airplane Flight Manual Supplements as documented in AML SA03439CH or later approved FAA Revision is required.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previous modifications must be determined by the installer.

4. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
