2. Operation must be in accordance with AFMS listed on AML No. SA03507NY.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with ICA listed on AML No. SA03507NY.

1. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the “Limitations” section of the AFMS listed on AML No. SA03507NY.

2. A copy of this Certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA03507NY must be maintained as part of the permanent record of this modified aircraft.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
