23 Federal Aviation

Installation of a Broadband Internet System with Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) activation in accordance with Nextant Aerospace, LLC, Master Data List DB1008002, Revision P, dated June 5, 2018, or later FAA approved revision.

1. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number DB1008006, Revision A, dated April 5, 2013 is a required part of this STC, or later FAA approved revisions for configurations -01 through -04.

4. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number NT0026-AFMS-0100, Revision IR, dated June 26, 2018 is a required part of this STC, or later FAA approved revisions for configuration -05.

5. This system is intended to provide internet connection and email services to the airplane’s cabin using portable electronic devices (PEDs). Any other intended function of this equipment will require a re-examination of the certification basis.

The Certification Basis for this installation is per Type Certificate Data Sheet A60 CE original Certification Basis. Part 23 of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations effective February 1, 1965, as amended by Amendments 23-1 through 23-57.
