FAA- approved Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, AFMS-140926-01, Revision A approved 11/20/2015 or later FAA-approved revision, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA-140926-01, Revision B dated 11/18/2015 or later FAA –approved revision are required as part of this installation.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Piper Model PA-28-235 Serial No. 28-10428 with Lycoming Model O-540-B4B5, L-7638-40C. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.

3. This STC approval is issued only in conjunction with SE04241AT.
