This approval allows for the substitution of blind fasteners or conventional rib stitching as a replacement for P.K. Screws. In cases where the Type Certificate holder has recommended a different fabric attachment method, the original instructions for continued airworthiness should be followed. 3. Compatibility of the design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. 4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. C.
