- Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-030822 (Initial Revision) dated 03/15/2023 or later FAA-accepted revision are applicable.

- Propeller RPM tachometer update using Hartzell STC Installation Instructions INST-030822 (Revision B) dated 05/12/2025 or later FAA-approved revisions is required.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Propeller Manufacturer: Hartzell Propeller LLC Number of Propellers: One (1) Propeller TC Number: P00015CH Propeller Model Designation: 5D3-NK366A1(Y)( )/91D17(B) Diameter Limits: 96.0" minimum, 96.0" maximum; no further tolerance permitted.

High Pitch Angle: 88.3° ± 0.5° Low Pitch Angle: 18.3° ± 0.1° Reverse Pitch Angle: -8.0° ± 0.5° Static RPM Limits: Stabilized ground operation is prohibited between 450 and 1050 RPM. The propeller may be operated when feathered at or below 450 RPM.

5. This STC is limited to Kodiak 100 aircraft that have wing and flap vortex generators. The wing and flap vortex generators can be installed via Field Service Instruction FSI-007 or Service Notice SN-025 for Kodiak 100 airplane serial numbers 100-0001 to 100-0034. The wing and flap vortex generators are included as part of type design standard equipment on Kodiak 100 airplane serial numbers 100-0035 and greater.
