FAA/DAS Approved Pilot's Operating Handbook and/or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, P/N 891182, dated 7-24-95 is required for Piper Models PA-24, (PA-24-180), PA-24-250, and PA-24-260 And The Above Models When Modified In Accordance With STC SA4-1351 or STC SA4-1235 As Applicable (Wing Tip Tanks) or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.

FAA/DAS Approved Pilot's Operating Handbook and/or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, P/N 891183, dated 7-24-95 is required for Piper Model PA-24-400 or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.

4. FAA/DAS Approved Pilot's Operating Handbook and/or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, P/N 891182, Revision 1, dated 5-30-01 is required for Piper models PA-24, (PA-24-180), PA-24-250, and PA-24-260 and the above models when modified in accordance with STC SA4-1351 or STC SA4-1235 as applicable (wing tip tanks) for S-TEC System 55/55X or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.

5. FAA/DAS Approved Pilot's Operating Handbook and/or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, P/N 891183, Revision 1, dated 5-30-01 is required for Piper model PA-24-400 for S-TEC System 55/55X or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.

6. Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
