This modification is limited to PZL Mielec/M18, S/N 1Z010- 09, R/N N5179S. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. Operations are approved at and below 90 deg Fahrenheit outside air temperature . A copy of this Certificate and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement PZL Mielec/M18, dated 03/30/95, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft .
