Installation of a hydraulic actuator to open and close the hopper door and install an auger in the hopper to ensure even distribution of solids during loading. Installation to be in accordance with Wingman, Inc. Drawing List W802-02, Revision C, dated 11/13/2000 or later FAA approved drawing list.

Flight Manual Supplement W802-06, Rev. A, dated 12/18/2000 or later FAA approved revision is required.

Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
