A dated May 17, 2016 or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Alamo Aerospace Flight Manual Supplement number AFMS 55186-5 Rev. IR dated June 13, 2016, or later FAA approved revision is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness contained in Alamo Aerospace report number 55186-6, Rev. IR dated April 5, 2016 or later FAA approved revision.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
