Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a J.P. Instruments EDM-700/800 series engine monitor system (Enhanced Flight Group proprietary modified and replacement of factory installed TIT probes to be used as the aircraft’s primary TIT and CHT indicating system) in accordance with Master Drawing List (MDL) 12003-0000, Revision E, dated January 24, 2005, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determine by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) number 12003-2001, Revision A, dated May 27, 2005; 12003-2003, Revision A, dated May 27, 2005; 12003-2005, Revision A, dated May 27, 2005, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this STC. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), as contained in installation instructions referenced in the above MDL, must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.
