1. Inspect heater installation in accordance with Transport Canada Airworthiness Directive No.

CF-90-03R2 dated July 2, 1992 or later Transport Canada superseding revisions and *Transport Canada Engineering and Inspection Manual, Part II, chapter II, Section 2.2.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
