Certification Basis: Based on 14 CFR ยงยง 21.115 and 21.101, the certification basis for the Gulfstream G1159A aircraft is as follows: a. The type certification basis for Gulfstream G1159A series airplanes is shown on TCDS A12EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change. b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, 31 March 2009, is as shown in TCDS A12EA with the exception that 25.1529 is at amendment 54. 14 CFR part 25.981 (a)(3) amendment 102 electrical/electronic aspects has been added as part of the certification basis for this modification.
