1. PATS, Inc. Flight Manual Supplement No. 10, FAA approved April 9, 1993 is required for this installation.

2. Auxiliary fuel tanks are life limited to 13 years time in service.

4. PATS, Inc. Maintenance Manual Report No. TO-304 for B-737 three tank auxiliary fuel system, dated March 12, 1993.

5. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Boeing, 737-200, S/N 22600.

6. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
