Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a passenger seating system to replace five existing Decrane single seats with Model FS1101 single seats. This modification is done in accordance with Master Data List Document Number MD-AN-1802, Rev. IR, dated July 24, 2009, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. This modification must be maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness contained in Document Number AN-1802-ICA-1, Rev.

IR, dated June 19, 2009, or later FAA accepted revision.

Certification Basis: The certification basis for this STC is the same as identified on Type Certificate Data Sheet A59EU Part 23 Amendment 23-1 to 23-33 and FAR Part 25.853 Amendment 25-116.
