1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The STC requires that the installation of the Textron 130-4015 Radome and Fairing kit, 130-4034 EO/IR Turrent Shape Kit, 130-8004 or 130-9102 Gross Weight Increase, and 130-4036 Nose Ballast kits are already installed on each airplane eligible for the proposed modification.

New Certification Basis: Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Textron Aviation, Inc B300/B300C series aircraft modified by installing Direction Finder DF-500 system is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Textron Aviation, B300/B300C series airplanes is shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, July 01, 2019 include:
