NOTE: Operating Limitations dated March 5, 1981, are applicable and shall be maintained in the aircraft at all times.

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Piper PA-18A, Serial Number 18-3287 only. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
