REQUIRED DATA: 1. Master Drawing List 155-9061-00 Rev. 8 dated 9-9-77; 2. Installation Manual 006-0213-00 Rev. 1 dated 9- 9-77; 3. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) 006-0317-00 dated 3-17-76 (dated 9-9-76 for KI 256), 3a. FAA Approved AFMS 006-0317-01 dated 10-6-77 for KG 258 or later FAA approved revisions to 1, 2 3 or 3a.

This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
