Installation of the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH model MTV-9-D/200-52() propeller on the Textron Aviation Inc. 35-33, 35-A33, 35-B33, 35-C33, E33, F33, H35, J35, K35, and M35 aircraft must be in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Master Documentation List, Doc # E-3776 Revision 5, dated April 1, 2025, or later European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) accepted revisions, and MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Installation Instructions, Doc # E-3779, Revision 1, dated January 31, 2023, or later EASA accepted revisions.

1. This Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. # E-3780, Revision 0, dated December 20, 2021, or later EASA accepted revisions.

3. Operations must be in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH's Supplement Airplane Flight Manual, Doc # E-3778, Revision 2, dated June 5, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the Limitations section of the Supplement Airplane Flight Manual referenced in the Description section.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Textron Aviation Inc. 35-33, 35-A33, 35-B33, 35-C33, E33, F33, H35, J35, K35, and M35 aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. 35-33, 35-A33, 35-B33, 35-C33, E33, F33, H35, J35, K35, and M35 aircraft is as shown on Type Certification Data Sheet (TCDS) 3A15 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
