Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Cleveland wheels and brakes and optional wheel fenders per Flanagan Aircraft Co. Drawing List No.5 stamped "FAA Approved" with a date of July 7, 1976, for PA-18, Serial Number 18-8118; May 17, 1977, for all other PA-18 airplanes; and September 29, 1977, for installation of optional 24 x 10 x 6 Muskeg King tires.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modification are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. Scott master Cylinders per Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SA1245CE must be installed. Approval of this STC is not authority to produce parts

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
