Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a camera door, Part Number CA1 010, in the left side of the aircraft, constructed in accordance with Coast Airmotive, Inc., photographs 1 through 4 and installed in accordance with Coast Airmotive, Inc., Installation Instructions dated May 14, 1981.

Limitations and Conditions: . Approval of this change in type design applies to the aircraft models listed on the AML only. This approval should not be extended to aircraft on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. OPERATIONS WITH THE CAMERA DOOR P/N CA1 010 INSTALLED ARE LIMITED TO THE RESTRICTED CATEGORY ONLY. A copy of this Certificate, AML SA1266NW, and the appropriate FAA Approved Supplemental Flight Manual or FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated June 24, 1981, shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
