FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement #1 dated June 14, 1971, is required with Models 1121, 1121A, 1121B; or Supplement #2 dated April 25, 1973, is required for Models 1121, 1121A, 1121B, Modified 1121B and 1121 with CJ610-5 engines.

Also eligible on Models 1121B and 1121 with CJ610-5 engines.

The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
