Part 4b of the Civil Air Regulations. (See Type Certificate Data Sheet No. A3WE.)

Description of Type Design Change: Installation of dual Delco Carousel IV AX or C-SIX Inertial Navigation System in accordance with FAA approved Master Drawing List No. IL1101857, Rev. D or later FAA approved revision.

AiResearch Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. C4055, FAA approved on June 18, 1982, for the CIV-AX INS or C-4472 approved on August 25, 1983, or later FAA approved revision, for the C-SIX INS is required as part of this installation.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of change in type design applies to the above listed model airplanes only.

This approval should not be extended to incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
