Installation of Teledyne Avionics normalized Angle of Attack Indicating System Model 112B500 with input to the slow/fast indicators of Collins FD108 or FD109 Flight Director with indicator Model 329B-8 ( ), Sperry HZ6B or HZ6F Flight Director, or Bendix FD60 Flight Director according to Teledyne Avionics Drawing List D5714, Revision C, dated November 23, 1976.

1. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 1 dated October 27, 1971, is required.

2. Angle of attack probe heater ammeter is required with this modification.

3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
