1A8 Helio H-295 : Installation of tricycle landing gear in accordance with Master Drawing List DL 295-000, Revision H, dated December 30, 1971, and Engineering Order M-25564, dated April 14, 1978, or later FAA approved revision.

Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft. Approval of this STC does not constitute authority to produce parts for sale.

NOTE: This installation is also eligible on Helio Model H.-250 when modified to a Model H-295 configuration in accordance with STC SA1383SW.
