FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated 10/5/72, reissued 6/29/79 is required for Model G-1159; or Supplement reissued 3/11/83, is required for Models G-1159 and G-1159A.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
