1. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for Cessna Model 500, dated March 17, 1982, or subsequent FAA approved revision.

2. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation made in Cessna Model 500, Serial No. 0304 only.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
