Install lower deck cargo restraining system according to the drawings given on Drawing List W.O. 22056DL, no revisions, dated January 29, 1991 or later FAA approved revisions.

1) The operator must comply with the FAA operational regulations for the carriage of cargo

2) Compliance with the Boeing developed FAA approved 747 weight and balance data is required with this modification.

3) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
