Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of left-hand door and associated fuel line routing and stabilizer trim cable changes in accordance with Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Report No. KAH -1.

Limitations and Conditions: The installation noted above is approved for the Piper PA-14 (Serial No. 14-66, N4262H) in conjunction with previously approved installation of EDO 89-2000 floats per STC SA3-106 and Lycoming 0-360 engine per STC SA4-78.

Data not suitable for reproduction of installation in other aircraft; therefore, they are satisfactory for Piper PA-14, N4262H, Serial No. 14-66 only. No additional Supplemental modifications of this type are to be approved solely by reference to this Supplemental Type Certificate or to the data submitted therefore.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
