Description of Type Design Change:

Install a Control Yoke and Instrument Panel in accordance with AVION Research International Drawing List C172ML0001, Rev. 2, dated May 5, 1994 and Installation Instructions C172/ 175-8001, Rev. 2, dated May 5, 1994, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions:

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. A copy of this certificate or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
