Description of Type Design Change: Installation of camera window with sliding door cover, and drift sight per Avcon Industries Drawing list No. 8020 and Avcon Flight Manual Supplement, both with an FAA Approved date of March 1, 1982 or later FAA approved revision as shown on the approved model list.

1. This airplane must be equipped with an FAA Approved Avcon Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated March 1, 1982 or later FAA approved revision when this STC is installed.

2. This STC must be accompanied with Instructions for Continued Air Worthiness for Beech Model 90 with a chapter ten FAA approval of June 29, 2004 or later FAA approved revision

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
