Modification of the Helio 295-030-401 carry-thru assembly to remove the pads welded to the main lower tube and install full length straps per Clarence H. Brent Drawing B-401-1 (4 sheets) and Installation Instructions stamped “FAA Approved” with a date of March 17, 1982, or later.

1.) This approval should not be extended to other specifi c airplanes of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.

2.) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3.) Airplanes altered per this STC are not of the same type design as airplanes for which AD 81-26-07, Amendment 39-4319 was issued. In accordance with FAR 39.1(b), AD 81-26-07, Amendment 39-4319 is not applicable to airplanes modified per this STC.
