Install Woodward Twin-Engine Electronic Synchronizer in accordance with Installation Manual – Woodward Electronic Synchronizer for Beech Model 18 Aircraft, Bulletin 33018, dated September 26, 1963, revised June 30, 1964 or later FAA approved revision.

1. Woodward Airplane flight Manual Supplement dated. December. 17, 1963 or later FAA approved revision is required.

2. Compatibility of this design change with previous modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
