Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Lompoc Aero Specialties inner plexiglass pane in swing out window frames presently employing a single window, in accordance with Lompoc Aero Specialties FAA approved Eligibility List, Revision 1, dated March 15, 1990, together with their FAA approved Installation Instructions, Revision 1 dated March 15, 1990, or later FAA approved revision. Manufacturer of the windows is controlled by Lompoc Aero Specialties drawings LAS 1012 dated August 6, 1982, LAS 1013 dated October 5, 1982, and LAS 1014 dated October 6, 1982, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
