1. FAA Approved AFM Supplement dated 1/25/63, or 2/6/63; 7/2/64; is required with modified L-18 aircraft.

2. Placard SD506708 and SD506713 are required for non-SR4Q7 Lockheed 18 aircraft without airplane flight manuals.

3. This STC is part of the basic Howard 250 and H250 Tri-Gear configurations.

4. Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
