1. Installation of STC SA2-128 modification is required with this modification.

2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Revision dated either 11/15/57 (to Flight Safety, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual), or 2/27/58 (to Airline Training, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual) both for Lockheed 18 is required.

3. Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
