1. Howard Aero, Inc. FAA Approved AFM Supplement dated 4/20/59 is requited.

2. This modification is eligible only on Lockheed 18 aircraft with Goodyear brakes installed per Lear, Inc. Drawing 6048190.

3. This STC is part of the basic Howard 250 and H250 Tri-Gear modification and the system is covered in the flight manuals for these models.

4. Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
