An FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement is required with incorporation of this modification.

Type of Liquids to be Carried Were Not Considered in the Evaluation Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this installation are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. Therefore, this approval is limited to the installation in Fairchild Model C-119G-3E S/N 10775 only. A copy of this Certificate and a copy of FAA sealed Sorm, Inc., Drawing List SI-20000 shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. The aircraft revised shall be loaded and the system operated in accordance with Sorm, Inc., Report No. C.a. Simits specified in FAA approved Sorm, Inc. Airplane or a later FAA approved Revisame Flight Manual June 24, 1983 Date Amended:
