**Applicable eligible aircraft model(s) and applicable FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual(s)/Supplement(s) required with this installation are listed on Brittain Industries FAA Sealed Master Drawing List No. 3-801-27.

The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the Navion Series** models only. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage.

This certificate and the supporti ng data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
