NOTE: This approval is intended for the installation in the above model with Light Plane Components Alaskan Gear Legs installed in accordance with STC SA17RM.

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Piper PA-18 "150", Serial Number 18-8603 only. A copy of this Certificate and Roger Christensen Installation Instructions 18-101 shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
