Airplane Flight Manual Supplement FM90004 dated March 21, 1986, or later FAA Approved revision, must be inserted in the Airplane Flight Manual when the airplane is modified per this STC.

1. This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of these other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.

2. This STC is limited to airplanes equipped with a dual Sperry SPZ-500 autopilot/flight director system, pilot's side Sperry EDZ-600 EFIS (3-tube), Collins DME-42/IND-42 DME system and Collins VIR-32/CTL-32 VOR system.
