This approval is for installation of a tow hook, tow bar, and safety link only; additional approvals are required for installing a release mechanism and for operating the aircraft as a tow plane.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
